Most people know that if you see someone who is suffering from a cardiac arrest, that they should call emergency services and perform CPR. What many people don't know, is that CPR has an extremely low survival rate on its own. When CPR is used in conjunction with a defibrillator, it dramatically increases the chance of survival. The British Heart Foundation are campaigning to implement more PAD's (Public Access Defibrillators) into local communities.
