HOW MUCH WILL MY SHIPPING COST?

  • Orders for the UK mainland over £50.00 (excluding VAT) will be dispatched free of charge.
  • Smaller orders under £50.00 (excluding VAT) cost £3.95 + VAT for shipping.
  • Orders to Northern Ireland or the Channel Island cost £29.95 + VAT for shipping.
  • Orders to The Republic of Ireland cost £35.00 + VAT for shipping.
  • Additional charges may apply for orders of licenced pharmaceutical products due to regulatory requirements requiring specialist temperature controlled transport with an MHRA licenced carrier.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

  • We dispatch orders received before 4pm Mon-Fri on a next working day delivery with DPD or Movianto for orders of licenced pharmaceuticals.
  • Smaller orders under £100 will usually be dispatched via the Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service - This should also be delivered next working day.
  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday mornings.
  • Pharmaceuticals orders are dispatched separately due to regulatory requirements requiring temperature controlled transport with an MHRA licenced carrier.
  • Delivery Tracking information for pharmaceutical deliveries can be found in your automated email containing the invoice information.
  • Out of stock items on back order will be sent on to you automatically as soon as we receive them; for the majority of items this will be within 5-10 working days.
  • No additional delivery charges apply to items on back order.
  • To check the status of an order please use the tracking information from your dispatch notification (or invoice notification email in the case of pharmaceutical deliveries), email us on [email protected] or give us a call on 0800 294 4700.
  • Although orders are dispatched on next working day delivery services this is not always guaranteed as it is dependent on DPD, Movianto and Royal Mail.
  • Orders for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, ROI or other offshore UK destinations may take an additional 24-48 hours to deliver.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?

  • Returns forms with full instructions are included with all deliveries.
  • Please call 01233 502605 for a returns number and complete the form.
  • All goods are to be returned at customers’ expense, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

WHAT DO YOUR STOCK STATUSES MEAN?

We operate a traffic light system for stock availability as follows:

  • IN STOCK - The item is in stock in our warehouse and will ordinarily be dispatched to you either on the same day or on the next working day for evening or weekend orders.
  • AVAILABLE TO ORDER - The item is not currently physically in stock but it is on order with the manufacturer. We are expecting it soon so it is available for you to backorder - Generally this means delivery to customers within 5-10 working days although this can vary - Backordered items do not incur any additional shipping costs and will automatically be dispatched to you as soon as they arrive with us.   • OUT OF STOCK - The item is not currently physically in stock in our warehouse and the manufacturer has not confirmed a likely delivery date so we're not accepting orders for it at the moment.
