What do your stock statuses mean?
We operate a traffic light system for stock availability as follows:
IN STOCK - The item is in stock in our warehouse and will ordinarily be dispatched to you either on the same day or on the next working day for evening or weekend orders.
AVAILABLE TO ORDER - The item is not currently physically in stock but it is on order with the manufacturer. We are expecting it soon so it is available for you to backorder - Generally this means delivery to customers within 5-10 working days although this can vary - Backordered items do not incur any additional shipping costs and will automatically be dispatched to you as soon as they arrive with us. You can call 0800 294 4700, email us on [email protected] or use our website's live chat feature for more precise information on the expected date of delivery.
OUT OF STOCK - The item is not currently physically in stock in our warehouse and the manufacturer has not confirmed a likely delivery date so we're not accepting orders for it at the moment.
I'm not a dentist, can I purchase Whitening Products?
All of the whitening products we stock are professional grade, meaning they can only be purchased by registered dentists - Please click here to learn more.
I'm not a dentist, can I purchase products intended for professional dental use?
Under certain circumstances we may supply some dental products to members of the public. We are aware that impression materials, alginate and other products work well with indications other than dentistry. Please leave a note with your order explaining what the intended use is when purchasing.

I'm missing part of my order, where is it?
In some cases part of your order may be out of stock upon ordering. When this is the case we will dispatch the goods that are in stock, with the remainder of your order to follow. This will be indicated on the invoice you receive with your first part of the order, along with tracking details once dispatched.
If this is not the case, you will need to contact customer services. You can so by either emailing [email protected] or alternatively you can call your dedicated account manager on our main freephone line 0800 294 4700.
I've ordered a loyalty reward and it hasn't arrived, where is it?
Loyalty rewards are not usually held in our warehouse and must be ordered in, some rewards can take up to 30 days to arrive.
What payment options do you accept?
Here at Dental Sky we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and we also offer a 30 day credit account for businesses.
I've got broken a tooth, what can I use as a temporary fix until I am able to visit my dentist?

Unfortunately we are not registered dentists, and therefore cannot advise the public on medical treatment. We would strongly advise you to see your dentist at your earliest convenience!
