Adhese 2 from Ivoclar is a universal adhesive with both light and dual-cure capabilities, suitable for direct and indirect restorations and all etching techniques.

Ivoclar Adhese 2 features a specially designed blue DC cannula that enables dual cure capabilities to offer an all round solution for maximum clinical flexibility. Using the blue cannula enables the use of dual-cure applications directly from the VivaPen, meaning 1 pen is suitable for both light-curing applications, as well as clinical cases where effective light polymerisation cannot be ensured such as the adhesive cementation of indirect restorations. 

The tip of the blue DC cannula is coated with a co-initiator for self-curing applications. Also, no separate dual-cure activator is required for compatibility with self- and dual-cure composites.
