TF Files feature R-Phase™ thermal treatment technology
R-Phase™ thermal treatment technology optimises the properties of NiTi files to give 70 % more flexibility and 2-3 times more resistance to cyclic fatigue than other rotating files.
TF Files are twisted not ground
Twisting optimizes NiTi grain structure and eliminates formation of microfractures, making the file even more durable. Other endodontic files have cutting angles that can be incorporated through grinding or milling, which damages the integrity of the metal and can lead to file breakage.
TF Files have an advanced surface treatment
The advanced surface conditioning of the TF completes the surface treatment while respecting the integrity of the underlying grain structure. Tests have demonstrated greater strength of the files.
TF Files are a 3 File System
