The ProTaper Next NiTi Rotary File System from Dentsply Sirona is a convergence of the most proven and successful generational designs from the past, coupled with the most recent advances in technology.

Together, the M-Wire NiTi material and the patented, off-centered rectangular cross-section give rise to numerous benefits. even for complex canal shaping.

ProTaper Next™ will tackle nearly all root canals, even the complex ones with its strengthened NiTi M-Wire and a patented, off-centred, rectangular cross section.

This gives the files a unique, snake-like swaggering movement. The improved action creates an enlarged space for debris removal, optimises the canal tracking and reduces binding. 

Matching paper points, gutta percha points and GuttaCore obturators complete this innovative system.

ProTaper Next X1-X3 Files

• The ProTaper Next X1 rotary file is always the first file used in the ProTaper Next sequence with a tip size 017 and 4% taper.
• The ProTaper Next X2 rotary file is always the second file used in the ProTaper Next sequence with a tip size 025 and 6% taper.
• The ProTaper Next X3 rotary file has a tip size 030 and 7% taper, and is used after the ProTaper Next X2 file if the apical foramen is larger than a size 025.
