ProFile Orifice Shapers: 19mm - No.5 Green (6)
NiTi rotary endodontic instruments.
ProFile instruments, which have been around since 1996, offer maximal security due to their non-cutting Radial Land profile and u-shaped x-section. The design of ProFile, featuring tapers from 2 to 8%, enables you to successfully treat the three canal thirds using the crown-down technique. The high flexibility of the finishing files allows for soft canal shaping, especially in the apical third.
ProFile Orifice Shapers have three coloured bands according to the size of the individual instrument - They are all 19mm long and are used for shaping the coronal third of the root canal or for removing Gutta-Percha or sealer in the case of retreatment. Unlike Gates-Glidden burs, which cut a parallel access, they cut a tapered path.
