Odus Pella Transparent Crown Forms are designed for use in the construction of immediate individual acrylic or composite crowns directly in the patient’s mouth. These core forms can be packed with restorative material, placed over prepared tooth and peeled away after the material has been cured.

• 78 different shapes: Comprising 39 pairs on the right side and left side.
• Faithful reproduction of the contours of the original tooth.
• Colour code: the right forms are in yellow and the left in pink.
