MyLunos Pro Set - Kavo Connection

The MyLunos powder jet handpiece from Durr Dental offers simple, powerful and ergonomic assistance when you need to remove discolouration, deposits and biofilms.

Depending on the nozzle it is ready for either supragingival or subgingival application. The detachable powder chamber is quick and easy to change, leaving you free to always use exactly the right powder for the purpose. The unit follows Durr's strictly systematic approach – from preparation and use during treatment to reprocessing. MyLunos offers great flexibility and efficiency because it has been conceived as a system.

SUPRAGINGIVAL AND SUBGINGIVAL TREATMENT

One for all – the MyLunos® powder jet handpiece offers great freedom in terms of treatment. Whether for supragingival removal of discolouration or subgingival cleaning of root and implant surfaces – smooth, uninterrupted treatment processes are made possible by quickly swapping the two nozzles.

PERFECT ERGONOMICS

There are many factors that help to optimise ergonomic design: weight, centre of gravity, material, form, feel, dimensions. MyLunos® takes all of these aspects into account. The surface is non-slip, and the form of the unit is perfectly matched to the shape of your hand. This means that MyLunos® offers perfect ergonomics – with all the available nozzles.

EXCHANGEABLE CHAMBER PRINCIPLE

Particularly easy to change with the bayonet catch – even during treatment. Work interruptions or loss of power due to a low fill level are thus ruled out. Different powders can also be used to suit requirements.

PREPARING THE CONTAINERS

The safe valve closure allows the containers to be filled in advance. In the process, the clever storage trays enable flexible filling and storage. The containers are available in five different colours. Each of the colours is used to clearly represent one of the four variants of Lunos® Prophy Powders.

HANDPIECE AND INDIVIDUAL PARTS CAN BE REPROCESSED FULLY AUTOMATICALLY

The reprocessable components of the handpiece are made of temperature-resistant plastic and can therefore be thermodisinfected and autoclaved.

MYLUNOS SUPRA NOZZLE: TRIED AND TESTED, PORTABLE

MyLunos® has already demonstrated its excellent properties for supragingival cleaning time and time again. The shape, diameter, length and haptics of the Supra nozzles are perfectly adapted to the requirements of the therapist. The ergonomic design allows you to work without tiring and without needing to exert too much force. The Supra nozzle is convincing with its robust, autoclavable plastic and metal material mix.

MYLUNOS PERIO NOZZLE: POWERFUL AND COMPATIBLE

The best you can do with a premium product is to enhance its already-outstanding features. MyLunos® gets ready for subgingival applications. The Perio tip is particularly narrow and flexible. With a working length of 11.7 mm, it even provides access into deep pockets > 8 mm.

FOR SUBGINGIVAL TREATMENT

The Perio tips are delivered in sterile packaged and can be safely disposed of after application.

LUNOS® PROPHY POWDER GENTLE CLEAN

For supragingival cleaning and removal of extrinsic discolouration.
