How to Use Glucogel

1. Twist off the cap and squeeze the required amount into the mouth and onto the inside of the cheek.
2. Gently rub the outside of cheek to quicken the absorption process. Alternatively, squeeze content into mouth and swallow.
3. Repeat if necessary.
