Beautifil Flow Plus X F00 from Shofu is a hybrid flowable composite restorative available in 2 viscosities for direct placement in both anterior and posterior regions. 

Shofu Beautifil Flow Plus X offers excellent self-levelling ability and reliable physical properties as well as easy polishing to a high and long-lasting lustre. Available in 2 viscosities for restorative build-up and filling both in a wide range of shades. Beautifil Flow Plus X F00 is also available in five specific Gingiva shades, designed for aesthetic restorations in gingival recession and Class V cavities.

Beautifil Flow Plus X combines flowable handling with the strength required for Class I–V restorations, including occlusal use. Available in two viscosities (F00 and F03), it supports both anterior and posterior applications, while fluoride release and recharge provide ongoing protection.

Thanks to the combination and enhancement of two innovative technologies – reduction of the S-PRG filler particle size to submicron scale and creation of a stable glass ionomer phase on the surface –BEAUTIFIL Flow Plus X features improved mechanical properties, optimal polishability, and a durable gloss that is clearly visible even after removal of the oxygen inhibition layer, for superior long-term results.

Beautifil Flow Plus X viscosities - a complete system for various indications

• F00 – Zero Flow (absolutely stable) - Excellent shape retention, ideal for build-up: The flowability of F00 is so low that the paste is not deformed during layering. This easy-to-handle composite helps you to accurately restore the occlusal morphology, including cusps and marginal ridges. Main benefit: It flows well during application, but does not slump after sculpting.
• F03 – Low Flow (moderate flow) - Moderate shape retention and viscosity plus perfect adaptation: The self-levelling F03 paste thoroughly wets the cavity walls and is therefore ideal for filling. It can be used to line cavity floors, fill small occlusal cavities, or create cervical restorations.

How to use Beautifil Flow Plus X

1. Apply bonding agent.
2. Apply F03 (Low Flow) as a liner.
3. Build proximal wall with F00 (Zero Flow) and cure in 2mm increments.
4. Fill in class II with F03.
5. Build up the occlusal surface with F00 as the final restorative and cure.
