Introducing Customer Service Advisor, Ryan!

Ryan joined us as a temp in November 2025 but it soon became clear that he was the perfect fit for the job and so he was offered a permanent position on the 2nd January 2026! He has a real passion for learning and is always eager to expand his knowledge of the dental industry and the wide range of products Dental Sky offers. He is never shy about asking questions and is always keen to deepen his understanding!

He brings with him a wealth of experience after previously working within the recruitment and budget management sectors, where problem solving and building good relationships with customers were his top priority.

As a Customer Service Advisor at Dental Sky, Ryan loves that no two days are the same. He frequently serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, responding to email enquiries and providing support through the company's live chat platform.

One of his favourite parts of the role is the opportunity to build relationships with customers, as well as being part of a close-knit team that supports each other.

Outside of work, Ryan likes to keep busy! When he isn't at his desk, you will most likely find him putting in the hard work at the gym or unwinding in front of his all time favourite TV show, Yellowstone.
