

Petra Brijs - Accounts Administrator
Introducing Petra, Dental Sky’s Accounts Administrator!
Petra joined the Dental Sky team in December 2018 via a temping agency on a 6-month contract. She was brought in to support with invoicing, remittance advice and some other admin tasks. But after just a few months, it was clear that Petra was an asset to the team and once the 6-month contract was up, she would be offered a permanent role! Fast forward to today and Petra is a vital cog in the Dental Sky wheel, helping the finances of the company run smoothly.
As the Accounts Administrator for Dental Sky, Petra has some big responsibilities on her plate, ensuring that important bills and invoices are paid for, for things such as the stock on our shelves, to the electricity keeping our building open! She also assigns incoming payments to the right place, making sure that all incoming and outgoing finances are accounted for.
It's a big job, and one that Petra does with a smile on her face as she enjoys the variety of responsibility her role brings, as well as working alongside her friendly team members every day. Petra gets on very well with her colleagues at Dental Sky and is often found sharing a joke with other departments!
But Finance and Accounting wasn’t always Petra’s passion as she started her career out training to become a nurse! Although she didn’t pursue a career in medicine, Petra wasn’t able to keep away from the medical industry and has been able to bring her knowledge and experience to Dental Sky.
Outside of the Finance office, Petra is kept busy with her lovely family and 2 mischievous ferrets, who enjoy rampaging around the house!
