Introducing Account Manager Melissa, better known as Millie! 

Millie joined the Dental Sky team through a temp agency in early 2025, but as soon as she joined us we just knew that she was the missing piece of the puzzle the team had been looking for, so fast forward a few weeks and she excitedly accepted a permanent position and became an official member of team Dental Sky as Customer Service Advisor! 

Millie was an excellent Customer Support Advisor and brought with her a wealth of experience, as before this she ran a country pub! She really is a people person, loves helping customers, whether that’s pouring the perfect pint or finding them the best composite for their needs, she loves helping people and being able to speak to lots of people all day long! Millie adores working alongside the Customer Support and Sales departments, working with like minded team members who support one another and help each other out! 

In November 2025, Millie moved into an Account Manager role where she looks after a territory of her own and builds relationships with our fantastic customer base! Millie is absolutely loving getting to know all her customers and is striving to always go above and beyond for them. She aims to make the experience of her customers calling in to place their orders more like talking to a friend than doing a job at work! 

Outside of work, Millie loves being outdoors, especially if that involves a pub garden and some sunshine! On the warmer days of the year you can find her paddleboarding, although she isn’t so keen on this if the weather is a bit windy! If ever Millie has a long drive ahead of her she will crank up her favourite playlist and enjoy some classic country music!
