Melissa Brydon - Marketing Assistant

Introducing Marketing Assistant Melissa, or better known as Melsy!

Melissa joined us via a temping agency and was originally on a 3 month contract, but before the contract was up we snapped Melissa up and offered her a permanent role! She was the perfect fit for the team as she’s hyper-organised and has such a friendly, bubbly personality!

Melissa moved to Kent in October 2023 from Plymouth and joined our team a month later in November. On the first day back in the office in January 2024 after the Christmas break, we offered her a permanent role as Customer Service Advisor which she was delighted to accept!

Melissa brought a wealth of experience with her to the Customer Support role as she previously worked as a Customer Support Advisor in a busy call centre where no two days were the same, some days she spent speaking to high-profile clients and other days were spent helping OAP’s with frozen meal deliveries! Even though Melissa was kept on her toes ,she loved every second of it and was keen to find a similar role in her new hometown! Melissa had a love for all things marketing and previously ran her own successful Etsy store! In November 2025 Melsy moved into the marketing department and took on the role of Marketing Assistant, helping the wider marketing team. In this role she helps with product photography and content creation, helping promote the Dental Sky brand and ensuring the products we have listed on the website have the best listings possible!

In Melissa’s spare time she enjoys travelling into London for a cocktail or two, (especially anything with gin or JD in!) and going to see live music as often as possible! She also loves spending time with her nephew and taking him on adventures! When she’s not out having adventures, you can find Melissa snuggled up at home with her cat and diving into a good book!
