Lauren Abraham – Account Manager

Meet Lauren, one of Dental Sky’s Account Managers!

Lauren came to Dental Sky in October 2017 via a temping agency on a 5 month contract as a Customer Services Advisor. Once her contract was up, she moved to Italy where she was working and soaking up the sun! Then in October 2018, she came back! We were delighted to have Lauren back and instantly offered her a permanent role in the Customer Services department where her fun and chatty personality shone.

Lauren identified that the Finance team needed some further support so moved into a Credit Control role. But but after a short while, it was clear that Lauren missed speaking to Dental Sky’s fantastic customers every day and that actually she was the perfect fit for the Sales Team, and so took up the role of Account Manager. Lauren was delighted with this offer and has since excelled in this role! She is passionate about building relationships with her customers and constantly strives to deliver the best service possible, including sourcing the best deals and prices where she can!

Lauren enjoys undertaking product and sales training so she knows that when it comes down to giving advice out, she’s got the expertise and know-how to recommend the best products, innovation and pairings to her customers. Going above-and-beyond is in Lauren’s nature, you can always rely on Lauren to lend a helping hand no matter who it is!

When Lauren isn’t busy helping customers at Dental Sky, she enjoys seafront walks, paddleboarding and the occasional Amaretto Sour. But when that doesn’t quite cut it, she loves jetting off to Italy to visit her friends and drink Prosecco in the sunshine!
