Joe Earl - General Manager

Meet our General Manager, Joe Earl!

Joe joined Dental Sky back in 2004 as a member of the sales team, way back when the company was only 5 years old. Here he would make outbound calls selling our vast range of dental products, as well as building great relationships with suppliers, trying to find the best prices and deals on customers favourite products. 

After gaining a wealth of experience in sales, learning the ins-and-outs of Dental Sky’s broad product catalogue, Joe was promoted to Marketing Manager! In this role he implemented brilliant campaigns to help gain new business, built Dental Sky’s first ever website and created online sales for the company. He also managed supplier promotions to ensure Dental Sky offers year-round deals. But as the company grew, so did Joe and the Marketing department, he put together a fantastic team to support him and by 2019 Joe graciously accepted the role of General Manager!  

As General Manager Joe oversees all the departments across the company and is the go-to for all department heads, however he always has an open door and a welcoming smile for any member of the team that would like a chat! He is also the go-to for our fantastic suppliers, holding regular meetings to ensure we are providing our customers with the best product range, prices, deals and marketing material across our diverse catalogue. 

Joe is still head of Marketing and enjoys overseeing all our campaigns, making sure the digital campaigns, as well as our website, are all optimised and running smoothly. He regularly updates the Dental Sky website to offer new promotions and deals across bestselling products. Joe also has an important role of supporting our Quality Manager Dave in making sure that we are compliant with all the regulations necessary to supply medical devices and pharmaceuticals. 

Joe strives to always offer our customers the next best thing and make their experience shopping with us more personal. He is regularly implementing new processes and upgrading our tech to ensure the customer experience is always the best it can be!  

Joe leads a busy life being General Manager at Dental Sky and father to 4 daughters, in his spare time he enjoys nothing better than taking his family out for adventures or nestling down in his favourite reading nook with a good book, but when it comes to the weekend, Joe loves popping to his local to catch up with friends over a craft beer and a scotch egg! Joe and his friends often enjoy playing board games and to this day, Joe has never lost a game of Jenga against them, he is however now very nervous to enter into another Jenga tournament in case he breaks his winning streak!
