Craig Ryan – Senior Account Manager

Meet Craig, one of our Senior Account Managers within the Sales Team!

Craig joined the Dental Sky Sales Team in April 2007 and hasn’t looked back since! He started as an office-based Telesales Account Manager, taking orders over the phone and reaching out to new potential customers. But after shining in the role, Craig moved to an on-the-road position, visiting practices across the country to showcase new products the company had to offer as well as finding the best prices and deals. Craig enjoyed meeting new people and introducing practices to the fantastic benefits that Dental Sky has to offer.

Craig was a born leader and a natural at Sales, and so was promoted to Senior Account Manager so he could support and guide the Sales team with his experience and expertise. He was brought back into the office full time which delighted Craig as it meant he could work alongside his colleagues. Craig’s favourite thing about working at Dental Sky is that the relationships he’s built with his colleagues are so strong that he calls them his friends!

As a Senior Account Manager, Craig is the go-to for not just his team, but the whole company, for any support or queries they may have. He has extensive product knowledge and understanding of dentistry, making him an excellent Account Manager for his customers!

When Craig’s in need of a pick-me-up he loves nothing more than a cup of tea and a Custard Cream! His favourite dish to cook his family is Spaghetti Bolognese and has nailed the recipe! But on weekends when he isn’t busy cooking up a treat for his family, he enjoys watching and playing football.
