Becca Bass - Customer Service Advisor

Introducing Customer Service Advisor, Becca! 

Becca joined us via a temp agency in October 2025 but she fitted into the role so well that is clear from the start that she would be an excellent addition to the team so we offered her a permanent position on the 2nd January 2026. Becca has always worked within the customer service industry. In 2020 she worked as a complaints handler for a food distribution company and thrived on problem solving!

As a customer service advisor for Dental Sky, Becca is often first port of contact for our customers as she helps answer inbound calls as well as replying to any queries that come in via email and on our live chat. She is an excellent problem solver and if she doesn't know the answer, you can guarantee she will find it out and call you right back!

Her favourite part of the job is not only building relationships with customers but also working with a team that bring a wealth of dentistry and product knowledge to the table who support each other.

Outside of work, Becca loves to spend time with her family, going on adventures and making memories with them. Although you would think that having 4 sons would keep her busy enough, but she also has 3 cats and 12 guinea pigs to deal with, too!

When she's not looking after her family and mini petting zoo, Becca likes to get on the karaoke with a pina colada cocktail in hand whilst singing at the top of her lungs to "Valerie".
