Asa Fairclough – Customer Support Manager & IT Co-Ordinator

Meet Asa, our Customer Support Manager and IT Co-Ordinator!

Asa joined the Dental Sky team in August 2016 as a Customer Services Advisor and through hard work, passion and dedication, worked his way up through the ranks to Customer Support Manager. This was a new role and one that Asa was proud to accept! Asa built the Customer Services team and enjoys being able to support customers on a daily basis, knowing he’s gone above and beyond every time.

As our Customer Support Manager and IT Co-Ordinator, Asa looks after some of the most important cogs in the Dental Sky wheel, not only managing the Customer Support team but as IT Co-Ordinator, Asa is also the go-to for all our IT needs. His technical support goes much further than “have you tried turning it off and on again” as Asa really knows his stuff when it comes to tech. He has personally managed and implemented all the IT software upgrades across the company and helped build the website, all whilst maintain a fantastic Customer Services team!

Although his roles are varied, Asa is so passionate and dedicated to his job and loves each role for different reasons, such as being able to help customers and maintain Dental Sky’s excellent reputation whilst simultaneously pursuing his passion for tech by looking after all the IT for the company.

When Asa isn’t working hard at Dental Sky HQ, you can find him going on adventures with his dog Leo, sitting down to his favourite Harry Potter film with a chocolate Hob Nob, or sipping on his go-to cocktail, a Sex on The Beach – but only if it’s got a sparkler in!
