LM-Arte is a set of innovative instruments for aesthetic restorations.

 Instruments have been developed in co-operation with Style Italiano, a group of dentists specialized in aesthetic dentistry.

LM-Arte instruments are especially designed for composite layering. They are made of high-quality and non-stick LM-DuraGradeMax – supersteel with exceptional polish. Each LM-Arte instrument is colour-coded and named by its main function which enables easy, efficient and quick restorative treatments.

Today the focus is on ergonomics – without losing sight of efficiency. LM-ErgoSense hand instruments, meets both of these requirements and is truly a unique combination of ergonomic design and integrated new technology.

LM-ErgoSense is the outcome of intense research and product development in close cooperation with dental clinicians and professionals. An ergonomic, high quality hand instrument naturally feels good in the hand. 

The value of a truly ergonomic instrument grip can never be emphasized enough as revealed in several scientific studies.

A hand instrument with thick silicone handle has been found to be more usable, cause lower perceived strain and to be more productive than those with thinner handles. 

LiftOut from LM Instruments are luxating instruments for atraumatic extraction.

LM-LiftOut instruments allow tooth extraction to be done as atraumatically as possible. This is important in order to enable rapid healing and future implant placement. The thin tip of the instrument is introduced into the periodontal space and slowly advanced toward the apex of the root while gently twisting back and forth.

LM-LiftOut is not suitable for use as an elevator.

LM-TwistOut instruments are supplied in a convenient cassette that protects both the instrument and the handler during the maintenance cycle. The cassette keeps the instrument from puncturing the sterilisation pouch, so sterility is more likely to be assured.

TwistOut instruments from LM are suitable for tooth extraction in situations where a strong force or torque must be applied.
