Bossklein IDactiv QUANTUM Instrument Disinfectant Powder - 700g

IDactiv QUANTUM Instrument Disinfectant Powder from Bossklein is a  disinfectant powder for use in the reprocessing of all reusable instruments prior to sterilisation. The quick-working formula is ready to use in 60 seconds and once mixed the solution remains active for approximately 8 hours, with only a 30-minute contact time. 

The high powered disinfectant is proven to be effective against a wide range of micro-organisms and has successfully passed through EN13704 testing for proven sporicidal activity, making
this instrument disinfectant one of the most effective products on the market. 

The solution contains colour changing properties to show the user when the solution is active and ready to use (red) and also that the solution is no longer active and must be changed (clear).

With an economical 2% dilution ratio, each 700g tub contains enough powder to create 35 litres of usable instrument disinfectant solution.

The solution is ready to use within 60 seconds and effective against bacteria, yeast, spores and viruses. Once the solution is mixed it will remain active for approximately 8 hours. The solution has a 30 minute contact time.

Bossklein IDactiv QUANTUM Powder Directions For Use

Dissolve 1 level measure of powder (20g ± 2g) in 980ml of warm tap water (30 - 40°C) and mix for 60 seconds. The solution will turn red. Completely immerse the instruments into the solution ensuring that no air is left within hollow instruments. Leave for 30 minutes. After disinfection, rinse instruments thoroughly with RO or distilled water prior to further processing and sterilisation. The solution will remain effective for 8 hours. Change to fresh solution daily or earlier should physical dirt in the solution become evident. We recommend preparing fresh solution at the start of the working day. When the solution is colourless it is no longer active. For professional use only.
